Dog House Rules and T&Cs

The Dog House is focused on providing a safe and secure environment for your dog. To ensure the health and safety of your pet(s) as well as the other canine guests, I have set the following Dog House rules and Terms and Conditions.

1. Please do not bring your dog to The Dog House if they are showing any signs of being unwell, e.g. vomiting, diarrhea or coughing.

2. Please make sure you have given your dog the opportunity to go to the toilet before coming to The Dog House.

3. Please keep your dog on a short lead when entering and leaving The Dog House.

4. Please make sure you are on time for drop off and collection.  Failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled and/or charges being incurred.  Please see T&Cs.

5. Please do let me know if you have any concerns about your dog e.g. health issues, behaviour issues, matting etc. before I begin any treatments.
